Glittery goodness!

Good morning!
Welcome back to my usual blog posting routine!  Today I have a Halloween card to share with you.  I used the polka dot stencil from the Build a Banner kit to create the back ground.  Each polka dot was stamped in  Versamark ink, then I added some heat and stick powder, heated it up and poured on some Black Glitter.  The Circles Collection framelits were used to create the layering circles.  Each solid circle is embossed with a different embossing folder.  For the sentiment- I used coordinating marker colors and randomly colored the stamp.  This is what it looked like when I stamped it!  Super cute!
It's  hard to see from the picture but the skull is also covered in black glitter.  I added some paper curls and a Vintage Faceted Designer Button complete with a Pumpkin Pie bow and Large Rhinestone jewel.  LOVE IT!
